To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council approve a contract extension with Design Consultants Inc for contract 160471A1 for an additional 2 years and $53,146.25. The new expiration date will be 12/31/21. This will complete all final outstanding items on the Beacon Street Roadway construction project.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
