To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $76,787.19 from the Medicinal Marijuana Stabilization Fund for the salary and fringe of the Prevention Services Coordinator to support staffing and activities for FY2026.  This position is responsible for youth substance misuse prevention and education activities for caregivers, public school staff and other community partners to build community resiliency and enhance protective factors.
