To the Honorable City Council:

 

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept and approve expending a grant of $6,810.00 from the NEHA-FDA RFFM Grant Program to the Inspectional Services Department, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to pay for access to FDA retail Standards training in addition to other FDA and NEHA retail training for the Somerville ISD inspection team.
