To the Honorable Board:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation on March 23, 2016, I respectfully request that your Honorable Board appropriate $60,160 to Groundwork Somerville for the rehabilitation of South Street Farm. The appropriation will be allocated to the Open Space and Recreational Land CPA category and funded from the Open Space and Recreational Land Reserve. Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the CPC.
