To the Honorable Board:

I hereby convey proposed amendments to Sections 11-31 and 11-40 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville. I have attached a marked up copy of the ordinances for your review. Also, please see the attached Memorandum from Vithal Deshpande, the City's Environmental Coordinator, regarding the City of Somerville's Curbside Textile Recycling Program along with the attachment he references in that memorandum.
