To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) from Unreserved Fund Balance ("Free Cash") to the DPW Snow Removal Account to eliminate the FY2011 Snow Removal Deficit.

The FY2011 Snow Removal Deficit stands at $907,934. An additional transfer of $207,934 from various DPW Accounts will be sought to supplement the request from "Free Cash".
