That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) inspect 87 Wheatland Street and demand that the developer clean the entire lot, remove all debris and heavy equipment, lock all buildings to make sure that safety is addressed at this location at all times and issue fines for all violations presently in place; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That a report be provided to the Ward 4 Alderman, detailing the violations found and fined, at the completion of the site visit.
