That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) inspect the trees on Somerville Avenue, from Porter Square to Union Square, and create a plan to remove and replace trees as necessary and determine the cause for the number of unhealthy trees and advise whether there is an opportunity to recoup the cost of replanting trees from the Mass Highway Project.
