That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development share what role the City has currently, or could have with additional staff capacity, in assisting residents with condo association dilemmas or tenant organizing and, in particular, in ensuring residents of inclusionary units, either owners or tenants, have equal voice in building decisions.
