As requested, attached please find a revised draft ordinance consistent with the July 16, 2018, decision of the Superior Court denying the Plaintiff Boston Gas Co.'s motion for judgment on the pleadings as to this one section of the Boston ordinance.  Please note this case remains pending in Superior Court and may be subject to further judicial proceedings.
