To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant of $61,610 from Mass Housing and Economic Development  to the Arts Council, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. [Matching funds totaling $61,610 have already been appropriated by your Honorable Board.] The purpose of this grant is to pay for the build out of the Nibble Kitchen.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
