The Mayor respectfully submits for this Council’s consideration and ordainment an amendment to Sections 2.2.1, 3.1.16, 3.2.15, 4.1.13, 4.2.13, 4.3.13, 4.4.14, 5.1.15, 6.1.11, 6.2.13, 6.3.11, 6.4.14, 9.2.6.h, 9.2.14.b.v, and Table 9.1.1 of the Somerville Zoning Ordinance to streamline the regulation of day care services and permit additional day cares to operate in the Residential, Mid-Rise, and Commercial zoning districts.
