The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a contract extension with Symmes Maini and McKee Associates for contract #180337 for an additional three years with a new revised amount of $978,649.00. The new expiration date will be 2/28/2027. The extension will cover the design and construction admin work on the Central Hill Project.
