Dear Honorable Board:

In 2008, CDR Maguire, Inc. And the City of Somerville entered into Contract #08-097 for architectural and engineering services related to the fire damaged East Somerville Community School (ESCS).

The City is waiting for our LEED review to be completed prior to processing the final close-out invoices.

At this time, I request your approval, in accordance with §2-369 of the Somerville Code, to extend Contract #08-097 to May 29, 2015 for final payment and close out.
