I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $479,208 to fund the Fiscal year 2012 Veterans Memorial Ice Skating Rink Enterprise Fund Budget. Revenue in the amount of $479,208 will be raised to fund the proposed budget.
