That the Supervisor of Inspectional Services inspect the outside of the Verizon building on Central Street and Willoughby Avenue for the following: (1) unknown fluid leaking out of two pipes in the rear; (2) possible environmental contamination around the newly-installed electrical transformer on the north side; (3) discharge of water onto the abutting MBTA property and tracks through a pipe in a trench buried beneath the driveway; and take any appropriate action and report to this Board on his findings.
