To the Honorable City Council:

I am submitting to your Honorable Council a revised FY2020 Appropriation Order for the Veterans Memorial and Founders Ice Rink Enterprise Fund in the amount of eight hundred ninety three thousand, three hundred twenty one dollars ($893,321). This revised Appropriation Order reflects budgetary changes reducing appropriations by $35,115 as a result of reduced revenue and Other Financing Sources in FY2020.
