That the Director of Inspectional Services (ISD) report to the Housing and Community Development Committee its implementation plans for the 2019 Tenant Notification Act, including:

•                     how to report the number of monthly and quarterly complaints received, filed and found,

•                     how ISD plans to publicize the new Tenant Notification requirements,

•                     discuss the ongoing plan for enforcement,

•                     how non-English speaking complaints will be handled,

•                     communication plans with the Housing Department and

•                     plans for resident outreach within the city.
