That the Chief Assessor and Counsel to the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development appear before this Board to explain the transaction entered into by Federal Realty Investment Trust and Partners Health Care with regard to the Partners Health Care building at Assembly Square and explain to this Board the complicated transaction entered into by Federal Realty and Partners and then explore and advise this Board whether there are any legal avenues for the City to proceed to obtain any property tax payments from Federal Realty for that parcel of land.
