 To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept Mass. General Laws,  Chapter 138 Section 33B. Adoption of this law would confirm the authorization of licensees under section twelve of Chapter 138, to sell alcoholic beverages between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon on Sundays, the last Monday in May and on Christmas day or on the day following when said day occurs on Sunday.
