That the Director of Traffic and Parking install two CAUTION: CHILDREN AT PLAY signs on either side of Lexington Avenue, immediately to the west of the playground and the intersection with Hancock Street, as motor vehicles speed through that area and take sharp right turns onto Hancock Street, potentially endangering children and parents in the area.
