To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General Law c. 30A, section 21(a)(6), to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property at 90 Washington Street. Discussion in the open session of the council meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the City of Somerville.
Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
