To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only contract extension to contract #240336R3 for N. Granese & Sons Inc.'s on-call contract for water distribution system maintenance and repairs. The contract will be extended by four months with a new expiration date of 6/30/2027. The time-only extension will extend the Year 3 contract renewal by four months to align the contract expiration with the fiscal year funding cycle, allowing for more effective budgeting and planning.
