A press release on this topic was distributed to local media on 5-4-10.  The Council on Aging was notified and provided further notification to senior residents.  The press release is posted on the City and SPD web pages on 5-27.

That the Chief of Police order directed patrols in the Prospect Hill area, especially on weekends between 10 PM and 3 AM.

That the Chief of Police report to this Board the result of the directed patrol on the community path near Thorndike St. with respect to off leash dogs.

As of this date, both Animal Control officers have patrolled the Bike Path area many times.  No violations have been observed

That the Chief of Police assign an officer at Kidder and College Aves. once a week from 7 to 9 AM to enforce the NO LEFT TURN restriction, and, after one month, report to this Board how significant the problem is.
