To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request your approval for the transfer of $10,000.00 within the Office of Veterans' Services, from the Professional and Technical Services Account (530000) to the Salaries Account, in order to correct the deficit created upon the retirement of staff after payout of accrued vacation and sick time.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
