To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Council, an appropriation in the amount of $193,000 to fund the Fiscal year 2023 Dilboy Fields Enterprise Fund Budget The appropriation is broken down into the attached Personal Services and Ordinary Maintenance Accounts. Program revenue in the amount of $145,000 will be raised to fund the proposed budget. In addition, an amount of $25,000 will be appropriated from Retained Earnings certified as of July 1, 2021 and a General Fund subsidy of $23,000 will be appropriated to meet the needs of the FY2023 Enterprise Fund Budget.
