To the Honorable City Council:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation, I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council appropriate $1,491,908.58 from the Community Preservation Act Fund Community Housing Reserve to the Somerville Affordable Housing Trust Fund for the FY22 Community Housing Allocation. The appropriation will be allocated to the Community Housing CPA category. Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the CPC.
