That the City Engineer review the drainage situation on Shore Drive, especially with regard to the ability of the storm drains and sewer pipe to handle storm water runoff during heavy rain.  In particular, examine the leaking of water from the storm drain at the corner of Shore Drive and Putnam Street and the street buckling during recent heavy rain and the impact of development at Assembly Square on the sewer outflow line.
