To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your honorable Board approve the Time Only extension of Millennium Maintenance Contract #150069R3.  This contract expired 7/31/17 and was still needed for the removal of Street Sweeping Debris.  Requesting Time Only extension to 8/31/17 to enable payment/processing of an outstanding invoice (attached).

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
