That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation & Infrastructure) register a formal complaint with the General Manager of the MBTA regarding the unreliable bus service on the #89 route and request that an explanation for the lack of reliable service be provided and that immediate steps be taken to provide service consistent with the MBTA’s printed bus schedule for this route; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That the City Clerk forward a copy of this Order to the City’s State Delegation, requesting their assistance in this matter.
