The Mayor hereby requests, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 44, that $2,478,271 of the $10,262,456 authorized to be borrowed to pay costs of the attached list of projects be rescinded and of no further force or effect.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions about this borrowing rescission you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
