To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant of $12,000.00 from EOPSS to the Police Department, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds.  The purpose of this grant is to pay for Police's Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over and Click it or Ticket Mobilization Program.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
