To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $420,566 from the Community Preservation Act Fund Historic Preservation Reserve to the Elizabeth Peabody House for structural stabilization of the upper floor of the organization's building located at 277 Broadway. The appropriation will be allocated to the Historic Preservation CPA category (Fund #3252).
Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the Community Preservation Committee.
