To the Honorable Board:

Per the Community Preservation Committee’s recommendation on March 4, 2015, I respectfully request that your Honorable Board appropriate $85,000 for the Transportation and Infrastructure Division to contract design services to rehabilitate Prospect Hill Park and provide opportunities for historic interpretation and passive recreation. The appropriation will be allocated to the Open Space/Recreation CPA category and funded from the CPA Open Space/Recreation Reserve.

As a condition to the recommended appropriation, the Committee requested that project staff meet with the Historic Preservation Commission for a review and comment session on the project.
