To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of seventy-six thousand nine hundred twenty-three dollars and two cents ($76,923.02) from Receipts Reserved for Appropriation - Insurance Losses (Fund 3204) to the following accounts to pay expenses related to the July 10, 2010 Flood.

Fund 5059- DPW Flood Costs - $74,592.32

Fund 5056- Police Flood Costs- $2,330.70
