That this Board of Aldermen hereby requests that the Administration provide this Board with a briefing on the recent proposal by the Administration to outsource certain city services; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Administration return to the negotiating table with the school custodians; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this Board also requests that the Administration present its rationale at the June 15 budget presentation, with labor counsel present.
