The Mayor respectfully requests approval to extend the contract with Somerville Hispanic Association for Community Development (Contract #230032) for the Community Preservation Act (CPA) FY22 grant for restoration of 59 Cross Street for an additional 3 years with a new contract expiration of 4/1/2028.
