To the Honorable Board:
I respectfully request an appropriation of one million, three hundred twenty three thousand, eight hundred thirty two dollars ($1,323,832) from Receipts Reserved for Appropriation - Parking Meter Receipts for the purpose of reducing the FY2016 Tax Levy.
Approval of this item will be reflected on the FY2016 Tax Recapitulation Sheet to be submitted to the State Department of Revenue in the setting of the FY2016 Tax Rate.
