To the Honorable Board:

The City of Somerville Health Department has been awarded a Board of Health Tobacco, Alcohol and Related Public Health Policy Program Grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health - Somerville Board of Health Six City Tobacco/Alcohol Initiative in the amount of $100,000.00.

I respectfully request that you accept this grant and authorize expenditure of the $100,000.00.
