That the Director of Traffic and Parking place a second DO NOT ENTER sign on the southwest corner at the intersection of Conwell Street and Highland Avenue, as cars heading east cannot see the sign on the southeast corner, especially at night, and are turning in and heading up the hill in the wrong direction.
