To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, acceptance of and appropriation of $600,000 from Developer Fund Receipts Reserved (Fund 3205) to the Capital Projects Stabilization Fund (Fund 7500).  The 600,000 is part of the Development Covenant between Federal Realty Investment Trust and the City of Somerville.
