That the Chief of Police order a directed patrol at the Veteran's Memorial Rink, from early evening to early morning, to monitor activity around the rink, parking lot and the outdoor recreational areas near the rink, to ensure the safety and security of the building which is now under jurisdiction of the City of Somerville.
