To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an executive session of the Finance Committee to discuss the following: litigation strategy for which the city has retained outside legal counsel services, as relates to Item #206968 (ID 19450), an appropriation of $450,000.00  from the Unreserved Fund Balance Account to the Legal Services Account, account #0115152-530010, and to provide an update on ongoing collective bargaining matters.

My staff and outside legal counsel on the McGrath, et al. v. City of Somerville matter will be available to address any questions you may have.  Thank you for your consideration of this item.
