To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board,  an appropriation in the amount of $530,949.00 for the reconstruction of various public streets and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $530,949.00 to meet said appropriation.
