The City Solicitor and the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) provide information and recommendations pertaining to the abandoned property at 47 Harrison Street and advise this Board on actions the city can take to address the public safety and health issues this property presents for the neighborhood as well as the total of taxes and fees owed to the city by the property owner.
