Dear Honorable Board Members:

The abutter to the Somerville Fire station at 266 Broadway has submitted plans for a small office building.   Attached for your consideration are two easements granted to the City for the Somerville Fire Station located at 266 Broadway.  One easement will allow access to the side door of the fire house and the other will allow access to the generator located on the boundary line between the two properties.
