That the Director of Personnel compile and provide this Board with aggregate data for each of the following categories:

•                     The number of sexual harassment complaints made against city employees in each of the years from 2010-present,

•                     The number of sexual harassment complaints made against city employees by department in the period from 2010-present,

•                     The results of investigations and discipline issued regarding sexual harassment complaints against city employees from 2010-present.
