To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board accept a grant of $6,900 from the Massachusetts Cultural Council to the Arts Council, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. Matching funds totaling $6,900 have already been appropriated by your Honorable Board. The purpose of this grant is to support the general operation of the Council.
