The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $109,428.00 from the OSPCD Planning and Zoning Ordinary Maintenance Professional ServicesAccount 0118152-530000 to the OSPCD Administrative Ordinary Maintenance to establish a Legal Services Account 0118252-530010  to pay for outstanding legal fees related to the 90 Washington litigation.
