That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) install pigeon spikes underneath the Lowell Street bridge, above the community path extension, to prevent pigeons from pooping on passersby and the path below, (Fifth request since the path opened last fall); AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the City Clerk send a communication to the city's state delegation requesting their assistance in this matter.
